I stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. They have shuttle service to and from JFK airport. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy with microwave, refrigerator,iron and hair dryer. Breakfast starts at 6am and is good.. Overall I had a great stay.

Was very pleasantly surprised. This place is super clean and very accommodating. Beds and pillows firm and comfy. Actually the beds have two firm pillows and two soft pillows so you can choose your preference. I thought that was a nice touch. The morning Buffet while simple, offered a lot of options. The hot food seemed like microwave stuff, but was alright (scrambled eggs and sausage). Toast, bagels, cinnamon roll, cereal, coffee, tea, juice. Rooms have mini fridge.

The hotel was perfect for the wedding I was in earlier this month. My friend (the bride) booked a block for the wedding guests and we had a wonderful stay. Service was great, the breakfast was very nice, and the room was clean. There was even a microwave in the room, which was awesome.

My sister and I’s flight got cancelled due to weather and the airline booked us at this hotel. The staff members made our bad day much better. James (shuttle driver) was very kind and loaned us his phone charger for the night. Danessa and Cj at the front desk were very nice and answered all of our (very many) questions and frequent desk visits throughout the night. The room was clean. Thank you all for being so kind to us

I stayed here after my flight was cancelled. The flight was cancelled in the middle of the night. They were extremely accommodating and understanding of the situation we were in. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. We were also given a complimentary late check out due to the situation we were in which was really just the icing on the cake for us as we were exhausted. The rooms were clean and spacious too with comfortable beds! The only thing I would change is me forgetting my eye mask when checking out.

The beds were super comfy and everyone there was super nice. From what we saw everything was clean and well maintained, and we actually got a really good rest. The front desk ladies who worked overnight were super kind as well!

Clean. Hot water. Comfy bed. Everything I needed for a 7 hour spot before boarding my flight. The shuttle experience was truly amazing. I called the hotel while at baggage claim. 20 minutes later, the driver was there, he called me by name. Took care of my bags and we enjoyed a wonderful chat on the way to the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was gr after again by my name and check in was 1,2,3. As a solo female traveller late at night, this was a great choice for me. The morning shuttle back to the airport was easy, on time and no drama. Hope this helps others!
